Water Main Replacement Project in Vancouver

We recently completed a full water main replacement in Vancouver, running from the city curb stop to the building. This project included new shut-off valves and a pressure-reducing valve (PRV) to ensure system reliability and longevity.All excavation was done manually to avoid damaging existing utility lines. The outdated polybutylene (Poly-B) piping was replaced with modern, code-compliant PEX piping, providing a safe, durable solution.

We prioritized preserving the property’s appearance by carefully cutting and replacing the grass and placing soil on tarps to protect the lawn. The yard was fully restored with minimal to no visible disruption.
